“Love that they have so many options and aren’t limited to tea. So, there are decaf drink options. Boba was perfectly cooked.

I got the fresh milk brown sugar drink at 25% sugar, which was perfect. Otherwise it would have been way too sweet.

Only thing of note, when I went in to order, the store was hot. Felt like the AC was barely on. In the summer, it’s brutal. But, I was just grabbing a quick drink and not staying there.“

“I had the sandwich and tender combo and ordered 3 tender boxes for the rest of the guys at work. The food is good but I felt the amount of time it took to get the food was a bit long for the small amount of people before the lunch rush. The atmosphere is not bad since they have several TV's with different programs playing. The staff is friendly and they have a good amount of items on the menu.“

“This restaurant is absolutely great for a nice peaceful dinner or brunch. I visited this restaurant and ordered a burger and the meal was great. The service was great and Sara there made it better. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet which make it perfect for a lunch time or brunch time meal. The cocktails are amazing. My favorite cocktail here is the expresso martini. The place is a must visit when in Phoenix and if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to enjoy your meal“

“Great place for hot dogs, lots of choices of dogs and burgers. Haven't tried wings, yet. Or jerk chicken. Not usually very busy, which I find surprising, to be honest. Staff is friendly and capable, great neighborhood business. Definitely recommend!“

“Breakfast sandwich and coffee were good. The avocado toast not so much. Avocados were too ripe
Staff was nice and polite. My problem was with waiting time and accuracy of orders. Not sure if they are short staff, but there were only 2 girls working and a 3rd one came when it was really busy. I ordered a brown butter toffee coffee , avocado toast in jalapeño bagel and breakfast sandwich.

Waited 40 minutes for the breakfast sandwich. I keep seeing that people's orders after us were ready and had to ask for my order. The avocado bagel order was wrong and cold by the time they gave us the other sandwich,but I took it because I had timed tickets for an event 1 hour away and I was going to be late. They don't seem organized. Ppl keep getting only half of their order and having to wait for the rest, while the ppl after them would also get only part of their order. I feel bad for the girls, they seem very stressed and I know they were doing their best. Owner should hire more staff.“

“We had brunch at Lo-Lo's on a quiet Wednesday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised it was not busy. The chicken and waffles were a hit, the grits were seasoned just right, and even the fried okra and catfish bites were better than expected. A few drinks were too sweet and some thought the chicken was a little salty, but overall the food was solid and I would definitely go back.“
