“It's a hotel restaurant. Service wasn't great in fact the guy there was pretty hostile. He interrupted me several times while I was ordering. Second staff member was polite.
The food was very salty but my burger was cooked to medium rare as expected. If it wasn't for my $15 food credit I wouldn't have gone in. Some items are fairly priced while others seem expensive.“

The only bad thing it’s that there is to much wait for the food on the Phoenix restaurant (like 1 hour), but if you want less time I do recommend the Scottsdale one (like 20 mins)“

“I drove all the way there from Gilbert, 30 minutes each way. Got home and my order was all wrong.
I had to drive all the way back there, another hour on the road round trip, plus gas.
It was a $20 order, otherwise I may have just discarded it and went to bed angry.
But, to my amazement, not only did they fix my order, but the cook actually came out to my car and explained how the error had happened. She took total ownership of her mistake and sincerely apologized for it.
That truly made my day. I've been getting wrong orders from places all my life, alot of places are rude about it, but this cook actually came to me and told me it was her that made the mistake and how it was made. That gets 5 stars in my book!
Above that, she offered me a beverage for the inconvenience.
That cook provided better customer service than most managers at other places provide. She truly deserves recognition. I wished I had gotten her name, she may have even given it to me, she was that professional.
I come every week, and I'll keep coming every week!“
