Very disappointed in this particular location. On Pima road in Scottsdale, Arizona. French fries, very greasy. Employed the registered look like she just woke up. Didn't know any specials didn't seem to know much of anything she did take my order. Going to try and contact corporate. I think they should know what's going on at this location. And this isn't the first time i've had problems at this location
I was in the drive thru the vehicle I front of me had to yell to get someone on the line to take his order. I waited 5 min just to get my order then spoke to a manager who said he didn’t trip the sensor. Really. Then when I pay for my item the girl at the window failed to give me a receipt and when I said thank u she said mmhmm. Really what horrible service and poor customer service. Just admit that your employees were not paying attention

Wendy's in Scottsdale maintains the quality with perfect food. They offer any burger on a pretzel bun. This Wendy's provides fast service and fresh, tasty food like the big bacon classic. The staff members are incredibly friendly and professional. The food was good, as usual, including the fries that are better than the french fries at any other restaurant. Service was absolutely 5 Star, with employees who are very kind and helpful. Customers enjoyed delicious meals like Dave's Double burger, classic fried chicken sandwich, and yummy fries, along with scrumptious vanilla cold brew and chocolate frosty.
