Service was great. Odd thing was I thought about ordering a salad and joked (with myself) that I'd be tossed out for wanting a salad.

Another person in our party ordered first and tried to order a salad, but the restaurant didn't have the ingredients to make one...

Place won’t accept cash. Seriously..? When did it become so difficult to business with some companies? It should be the customers choice, make it convenient for the the customer, not for the convenience of the business. Won’t go back!

Came in today to order a 10 piece classic. Half Louisiana rub and half spicy korean. Asked for nacho cheese and my side and the person said they couldn't substitute the cheese for another side. He asked me if I wanted cheese fries and I told.him no. I want the cheese on the side as a dip. Said he couldn't do it. I just walked out. No point in arguing with someone.

I do know that the food was cooked fresh because you could see it right from the seat where you wait for takeout.
The only thing I did not like about this establishment is that they are using Styrofoam Cups which are not biodegradable and are harmful to the environment. I was actually shocked to see them did not expect to see a styrofoam cup. I did not take the cup that came with my meal because of this reason and also I didn't need a drink. I asked that they could simply just give me a little extra french fries and from what I could tell that's what they did.

Worst wings I've ever eaten, asked for crispy and made sure he heard me at end of order and he said he had it, wings were so soggy, flavors didn't taste right. Bad wings for $85

They cancelled our order and give us no reason. It was so last minute cancellation too. Our delivery guy went to pick up the food and suddenly it was canceled. They wasted ours and delivery guys time.

We reached out to UberEats and we were told that we canceled our order. We never did. We got the notification of delivery guy picking up the order and just cancelled.

Fresh and delicious. Only 4 stars because we didn’t get the corn we ordered but hadn’t noticed until we got home and opened the bag. Partially our fault for not checking in store

This was never resolved so disappointed because I loved Wingstop very unprofessional that no one reached out from the location or from their corporate office that's a shame.

I ordered Wingstop through olo for delivery and 30 minutes later I received an email stating my order was canceled so I contacted Wingstop and asked to make sure that I was not charged and they guaranteed me I would not be. Lo and behold the next day I go check my account and I was charged the fee for wings I never received. I contacted Wingstop and they told me that I had to go to the delivery service to be refunded so I did my research I even emailed and even called and left voicemails.
Someone finally got back to me the third party delivery service states that they charge the franchises that they deliver for once a month and that all refunds would go directly through Wingstop. I'm now going on 3 days and still have not heard a response, have no wings but yet I was charged. Still waiting in Rio or manager to contact me about returning money they stole! I use the word stole because they acknowledged I didn't get wings and acknowledged they took my money. I can show you it cleared my bank but no seems to care for such a large franchise!
