Such a warm and welcoming environment! Very friendly staff and service. All appetizers and main entrees came out promptly and all of the fish was very fresh and clean. Would definitely come again!
Our party of four had their lunch specials for $15 each. I loved my bento box with salmon teriyaki, spicy tuna roll, edamame, salad and miso soup. (It also came with rice which I didn't eat.) The spicy tuna roll was really exceptional but all the food was good. There's a decent variety of what you can choose to put in your bento box. Service was attentive. Place was crowded when we got there at 11:30 but we got seats right away. The only difficulty was finding parking....
A solid Japanese restaurant with excellent food, service, and ambience! Prices reasonable, too. Now we have another option other than Hiro (especially when Hiro is closed on Mondays!).
