Fair Asian fast food. Meager customer service. Small dining room, but clean. Kids bowl was overpriced for a scant amount of dry chicken with no side, veggies or drink.

Seems terribly lonely inside. The option I picked was just teriyaki chicken and beef and rice and green onions and that was it. All the toppings are an additional 2-4 $ which can add up very quickly. The chicken and beef was good but needs more toppings!Perhaps I should try the sushi next time… good prices but who knows the quality …Dietary restrictions: Gluten free ✅

Well...I thought I would be a lifelong customer here. I visit frequently because it's the only option for dinner I have after work. I walked in at 8:55pm and noticed customers STILL EATING in the lobby. I approached the counter and the associate (Emily) shook her head no, and said, " sorry were closed". I looked over at the customers eating in the lobby and asked Emily with confusion, "so you guys close before your posted business hours?" She replied, "we stop serving at 8:55pm"....I find that interesting, because I've been coming here for over a year after I leave work and I've been happily served until their (actual) posted closing time of 9pm. Horrible customer service! Choose another location for your meal, this location can't seem to remain consistent, or even stay open and staffed with employees.
It's not the greatest service. I placed an online order. I arrived to pick up my order and had to prove to the same person 2 times that I did place the order. Mind you, it was my lunch hour, and the food was not good at all. I threw it away and went without eating.

This 3-star review would be 4-5 if Yogis Grill would simply offer GF (wheat-free) Soy (Tamari) and Teriyaki sauce. As otherwise, their many fresh sushi, rolls, and bowl options are flavorful and good value, and their fast & friendly service and clean, bright, centrally located (Scottsdale Rd & Shea) restaurant are a neighborhood gem!
