Just tried to stop for froyo, Monday 7/11/2022 @5:45pm. Doors are locked with no notice on the door. Lights are off, both front and back door are locked. I hope this is a temporary closure.

So sad that a Scottsdale staple is now run down. Two years ago options and service were already bad, but we thought it was due to the pandemic. Two years later it's even worse. Only half of the flavors were available, lights were off, screens were blank, floor wasn't swept and critter was running around. Sad to say goodbye to Yogurtland. It is a great franchise and in a prime location, but poor management brought this place to ruins.

Cashier was very polite and attentive. The flavors were not very good and kind of tasted odd. I'd look for a different Frozen Yogurt place.

Walked in here with high expectation only to be disappointed. They barely have any flavors and to top things off they don't have crushed Oreos! Who in their right mind can eat froyo without Oreos?! Now I am forced to drive home with cup full of froyo and a sad face. Overall it's a cute little place but you have been warned, come at your own risk.

My favorite ice cream spot in LA and SF for that matter. I will say, the SF locations are more generous on the portion sizes ! I like that you can combine 2 flavors when ordering one scoop which allows for crazy flavors combinations. Some offerings are seasonal which makes visiting during different times within the year an experience. If I'm not mistake, the waffle cones are handmade and not bought so this makes for a super yummy treat

Teenage girl with dark hair working Saturday had a bad attitude. Were out of strawberries and sweetened milk and when I asked for some they rudely said I'd need to wait and I said that was fine. They acted annoyed like I did something wrong. Store was empty they had time.

I don't normally write reviews but I feel having a used straw hanging out of the toppings is unacceptable. The service was rude as well.

I stopped coming here ever since they stopped allowing samples and i can promise they are losing a ton of money from this because now i get my froyo from Zoyo everyday, even though its more expensive its worth it. I used to know all the staff too, bummer.

Yogurtland, you used to be awesome! Now your shop is dingy and very run down. Your fro-yo also turned very icy. There was no one at your register the entire time we were there until I walked around the back and shouted hello. What happened?
Another business that has chosen to make it harder for you to spend your money. 1) No sample cups- no reason why, just NO. I'm sure this bad decision will be blamed on Covid some how. 2) Oh, the bathrooms are closed too. See, we are in a new world where it's convenient to the owner and employees, not the customer. #thenewnormal

Bad experience here. Typically an ice cream person but decided to give froyo another try as this place was right next door to where I was running my errands. The workers were extremely rude, especially a girl working with brown hair. I was reprimanded and told that I needed to sanitize and put a glove on. When I told the woman in line behind me that this was the store rule, she went over to do the same, then the employee shouted to the woman that SHE didn't have to but I did. I felt extremely discriminated against and uncomfortable that I was POINTED as being unclean & needing to sanitize but no other customers. Really unfortunate experience.

Want to start off by saying their bathrooms are disgusting. At the time we went they where not allowing samples but yet the handles are touched by different people, which are not wiped down after every person. They also do not wipe down the lids and spoons to scoop out the toppings.The yogurt is not good, it tastes very watery and is not creamy like it should be.Go to another yogurt place that has better quality. They would not even let me change my order.
