I’d like to start this off by saying I go to zips multiple times a month but I usually go to the location in old town. This one is terrible… Three of our meals came out wrong, the beer cheese was cold with chunks of shredded cheddar in it & it tasted like beer was poured straight in it and never cooked out.Our server never checked in with us once the food finally got to our table so we couldn’t tell her about the items that came out wrong. They didn’t bring our sauces that were supposed to be on the side and my salad came out 10 minutes after my family’s hot meals got there.

This place is incredible and the heart of Scottsdale with the great prices they have for happy hour and their everyday food menu.Ron the manager, introduced me to a lot more things on that menu.LILY AND LOGAN ARE THE BEST TWO PEOPLE IN A VERY BUSY FULL SERVICE BAR. I never actually ate here i worked in the kitchen for 2 days. I was the only one who spoke English, it's primarily only fried for, and the food handling and sanitizing standards here are pretty low, plus there was a huge fly infestation. I was let go my second day because i had to call out due to a broken tooth that had already need to get pulled. Not that disappointed.

Cheap prices= terrible service, bad food and long waits. Took an hour to get our food and it came out cold. Manager was not helpful and brought out more cold fries. I would not come back again.

Came with my girlfriend and sister. Long wait to order, when food came my food was good but my sister and girlfriends was not, they could not even finish it. The most letdown part was the "onion rings," but they were not even battered correctly and falling apart as you can see in the photo.

Our first visit and all was impressive. Andy was our waitress and was on point. Debbie delivered our food and walked around with a great smile on her face. Justin when a bove and beyond when we asked for directions. He printed out a map for us. All 3 were professional and very friendly. Definitely an asset to the business.
Went on a quiet Monday night and so not the usual pepped up Thursday or Friday crowd.Love the drinks and love the food!

We asked if the patio was dog friendly. We were told "yes". Got off our bikes and headed in. Then we got kicked out. Turns out this place is dog hostile. Seems my wallet is allergic to places like this. There are so many other great options nearby so it was easy to find a great patio closer to the lake with a better atmosphere and better food at a better price. See ya never.

Even when you request crispy wings they come out very soggy and lack any sign of crispiness. Managers know its an issue but refuse to try and correct it. Best to just go to a different location.

First time there, and not really sure how this place stays open. We went with four people one whom does not drink alcohol and therefore was our designated driver. The place was no where near crowded and I was speaking with the patron at the bar next to me when he was informed he could no longer be served because he met his limit. He seemed stone cold sober to me and told me he was a regular and came there often. I told him that if I was him, I would not come back here anymore if I was treated that way. He ended up leaving and said he’ll go drink somewhere else. I did feel bad for him and for the bartender because she stated it’s the restaurant policy. I’m not sure how she is supposed to make tips when they limit the amount of alcohol they can serve ESPECIALLY on a slow day. Anyway, the other bartender just seemed miserable and made a rude comment to us when we asked her if she could change the television channel. If I was the bartender, I would try my best to be as kind and accommodating as possible knowing my tips depended on it. Apparently she could care less with her poor attitude. At that point, we should have left, but we stayed and ate. The food was actually pretty good. However, we eventually got told we were no longer able to order alcohol and no, I am not talking about their zipparita limit.

I can’t say enough terrible things about the manager at this zips. Completely forgot my wings and refused to comp them and refused to come to the table to speak to us or apologize. He told the server to tell me “either leave them or pay for full price for them. Simple as that.” as I was walking out. They were even cold when I finally received them.What an absolute COWARD of a man and a manager. No wonder there was no wait at this zips on Super Bowl Sunday while there was a 2 hour+ wait at the other zips down the road in old town. Clearly this manager has 0 clue how to run an establishment and even less of a clue on how to talk to people. I can’t reiterate enough how cowardly and dimwitted this manager is. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere as well as telling everyone I know to avoid this location entirely.
