Zipps used to have amazing wings, but those days are long gone. I ordered two baskets, and the quality was just not what it used to be. The wings used to be crispy, but this time they felt soggy and just not appetizing. Really disappointing when you go back expecting the quality you remember and it does not deliver. Hoping they can turn it around, but for now, I would pass.
Our server Chris was amazing!!! We did order shots, Crown Apple and cranberry juice, NOT Washington apple shots. But the bartender told him to ring in Washington apples. Chris had our order correct the first time. She needs to listen to her coworkers. Not that money is the problem but we were charged 10$ per shot when that's not what we ordered. She was in the wrong in assuming he had the order wrong.
Unfortunately not as good as it was due to all the recent events. However I've been coming here for 15+ years so you won't lose me as a customer just hope it gets better again!
