I came to Sedona on a trip from Japan and had a craving for ramen. The ramen and gyoza were just as delicious as in Japan. The owner was very kind, and the atmosphere was great. I'd love to come again.
My daughter is a ramen afficionado and was very happy! I got the pork belly and she got the vegetarian, both were excellent as well as the dumplings. Food is authentic but not an extensive menu.
Atmosphere is bland but you get a great view of the mesa. Service can be slow but the owner is pleasant.

I went to Japan last year and this little place reminds me of those out of the way ramen shops in Tokyo. This place is easy to miss off of 179 too.

Ramen (I had Tokyo Shoyu) was simple but that's how I prefer. Simple, rich broth, noodles, pork, scallions.
I rate service low but only because it's a small operation. I don't think she minds being called either. In Japan...
