This is the slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. There is no sense of urgency, even with a line to the door, and the employees don’t even acknowledge it or apologize.I can’t stop here before work anymore because it makes me late for work.

Place in side is very dirty, portions in the bowls were very poor, my bowl was like half way full and I also order chips and the kind like raw, like wet… they had a weird smell. Not a Desirable place to eat anymore.

My husband and I walked in during a rush. Justin or James (Don’t remember his name) Was being rude to the employees and giving customers dirty looks and bad attitude. My husband and I weren’t satisfied with his actions, but a young lady working at the front named Valerie saved the day. Valerie attended us with great customer service. She was doing it all by herself!
