“I don't remember the gentleman's name but he had red hair and a nose piercing and he was super helpful so I want to make sure he gets credit for this. It was 8:55 on a Friday night, he was about ready to go home, but we came scrambling in hoping to get dessert since Black Cow Cafe closed an hour early without notice and almost cost us dessert. I know I would've been frustrated if people came in right at close but if this guy was frustrated he didn't show it. He was super colloquial and helped us out and got us some really yummy dessert.
