Don’t order from them if you want to definitely receive it!! My order never arrived and when I called they said they delivered it at the address I gave but they never called me to make sure it was me they delivered it to?!?! I checked around and it definitely not delivered to my address. :( I lost my money and was left so hungry!!

** (I used to work for Domino's for 2 years) Ordered pan pizza, 5 toppings, so I made sure to click "well done" because five toppings on the Pan pizza, you have to cook it extra and of course, I forgot to check it when I pick the pizza up and I got back to my hotel and it's regular cooked, and the dough is not cooked. The pizza wasn't made that well either, most of the ingredients went towards the middle.
Can't drive back now Even if they did offer to make a new one. I would say 80% of the time when I order this pizza they always get it wrong, so I guess I got to just start ordering online, and then call the store to make sure? That's not the way it should be, is it?
It's just ruined my experience. I only order Dominos once every two or three months now So I wanted the experience. It is what it is I guess.

Worst domino's in the country. Ordered delivery, 20 minutes later they canceled the order. So I figured I'd do carry out. Order online, pay for it. As soon as the tracker say bake I drive to the store and get there to a locked door and someone making the pizzas. She tells me she canceled all order put in after 10, except both of.my orders were placed well before 10. Drove there for nothing, no warning online ....nothing. terribly disappointed

Absolutely trash experience. Ordered delivery which didn’t turn up for 90 mins. Finally went to pick it up. Ordered garlic knots which were raw and unbaked.
I placed an order for delivery. I was on a phone call when they tried to call me. And the next thing I know, I get a text message saying my order was canceled. This was before 10pm even tho online it says they are open till midnight. So I thought maybe they won't deliver to a resort. So I switched it to pickup and the same thing. Placed the order and, within a few mins, got a notification saying my order was canceled. I am very displeased with this level of service. I tried calling back with no answer on the phone. Would not recommend this store if placing any orders before 10pm

Online clearly says open until 12am. Website let me place an order at 1015pm for now, 11pm, and 1115pm. I selected now. I walked all the way there and got a very rude and nasty "we're closed" and I said I already placed an online order and she said "we cancelled orders placed after 10pm" and had her approx 8 year old daughter laying on the customer counter with opened packages of cookies on the other counter. Very unhealth code. Very rude. And what? A 10pm cancel for a 12am close. I guess her daughter took presidence over her job and the customers. Not a good look for the business and I'm very very disappointed....and hungry

This woman is a super hero!!!! I've seen her numerous times, she works non stop mostly alone, even on a busy night and she appears to be a single mother, guys please be kind to her!!!! No need to treat people who are making you food as if they're not human. I'd like to personally thank her!!!!
