We ordered takeout food for 20 to be delivered. The manager, Ray, was amazing. So spot on with his recommendations. Food was delivered by Ray himself, still hot and absolutely delicious:

Fiesta Mexicana has a great atmosphere, amazing food and great staff, specifically Nomar. I got the enchilada a la crema and it was the best crema sauce I’ve had. The coconut margarita like a dessert.

Fiesta Mexicana in Sedona, AZ, is a very good restaurant with a chill atmosphere and an authentic feel. The food is incredible, with the chile nogada being awesome and the prickly pear marg with a sugar rim described as light and yummy. The ground beef super burrito is a big boi, easy to slice and flavorful, while the queso fundido, chimichanga, taco, Chili Verde, and Fiesta Salsa are all must-haves. The wait staff and waiters were friendly, genuine, and helpful, showing a love for their position. Service was good, with food coming out fast. The La Pachanga catering package fed over 30 people with plenty of leftovers, and each tray was still hot. Despite maintaining Sedona prices, the portion sizes and service hold true to the price. The atmosphere is calm yet welcoming, making it very good for families. A minor critique noted the Horchata needed more cinnamon and the chicken had a commercialize taste, but overall, it is a memorable experience.
