I honestly wasn't sure what to expect before my first meal here, but after that, there was no reason to dine anywhere else. During our entire 3-night stay, my friends and I ended up enjoying every breakfast and dinner at ShadowRock Tap + Table.

We dined here on a Saturday evening, with a reservation. The service was quite slow. And to make that worse, the manager was walking around visibly upset asking “have you been helped yet?”
Food was good, but way overpriced (as you expect in Sedona).
I would recommend finding a different spot.
The issue with this restaurant is not the food.
It is the wait times. The wait range for a dinner is 40min to 70min.
They need to find a better process- more kitchen support. Breakfast wait time is reasonable.

Standout dishes include the NY strip, pork chop, and the highly praised CLAM CHOWDER, which has a perfect proportion of ingredients and is topped with bacon. The outdoor seating can be uncomfortable, and while the evening music is enjoyable, it can sometimes be loud. The food and ambiance are very nice, and the view enhances the experience. However, service can be a bit slow, and the patio is sometimes affected by pollen from nearby Palo verde trees. The portions are generally large and prices are reasonable, making it a good place to enjoy a meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Some guests have noted that the staff seems spread thin, and there can be issues with orders. Nonetheless, the atmosphere remains welcoming, and the dog-friendly menu impresses those with pets.
