It was a beautiful cloudy day as we entered the restaurant. We were seated outdoors by choice and there was no wait. Our waitress was very friendly. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I personally had the tomato bisque soup which was very delicious!
We typically stay in Sedona for the month of July and always enjoy supporting our local restaurants especially in Village of Oak Creek. We’ve been to Pisa Lisa several times and have always had a great experience. Tonight was no exception. Friendly Service and excellent fresh quality food. Greco salad and beet salad were so fresh and delicious. 😋 Ordered two pizzas, one came out incorrect (yes I’m that girl that switches out Gorgonzola for Ricotta)...
Food was good and the service was good. The reason for the low review is the fact that they charged us for an extra ice tea because we had 4 refills of ice tea. The server said he was told to charge us for an extra tea because we had so many refills. That is absolutely pathetic in my opinion. I don't mind paying $4.50 for an ice tea, but to charge me for an extra one due to getting too many refills is just being cheap and not a way to run a restaurant.
