Food was epic
So fire
Cool in theory, lacks in execution. I’ve been here several times over the past year, hoping it would grow on me, but I’ve consistently found the food to be underwhelming for the price. If it were either a great value or truly exceptional in flavor, I’d understand the rating, but unfortunately, it’s neither for me. The carne asada tends to be quite dry, and the quality overall just doesn’t feel consistent. I appreciate what they’re trying to do and love supporting small businesses, but I think some of the rave reviews here may set expectations a bit too high. Also, on a few occasions, I’ve had to repeat my order multiple times with the woman at the window, because I wasn’t listened to the first time that led to being charged more than expected. Hoping this feedback is taken in the spirit it’s intended: with honesty and a desire to see them continue to grow.
Absolutely amazing food. Authentic, friendly, would definitely recommend.
Great Food
Great food and service
Great tacos
Loved the cauliflower tacos and magic bus burrito. Chips and guac were great too homemade chips. Also enjoyed the watermelon and cantaloupe hiysemade beverages very refreshing in that desert weather. Only con is the giant cell phone tower nearby hopefully they can move soon otherwise lovely spot must visit when in Sedona.
They had very clearly labeled vegan options. I tried the char-grilled veg and crispy cauliflower tacos and the horchata. The cauliflower taco was my favorite, with a delicious sauce and nicely crispy cauliflowers. The char grilled veg was exactly as described, but not my personal favorite. The horchata was a little overly coconuty for me and didn't taste like a traditional horchata.
Great experience. The carne asada fries with the vegan nacho and cashew cream were ???

An absolute must if you are in Sedona!!! Don’t let the construction on the fire station stop you from coming back here. Food was SO good! Amazing vegan options.

EDIT: my husband has food poisoning from this place. I do not recommend at all.
Food was cold. We each had 2 tacos and “elote” and 2 drinks and it was over $50. They don’t carry cojita cheese. The “elote” is just corn, mayo and pre shredded white cheddar cheese. They didn’t even put cilantro on it. Everything was drowning in cream or mayo. Ratio was wayyyy off. The corn is so cold the cheese never melts. The only thing worth it here were the aqua Fresca drinks.

I love this spot! This food truck offers delicious food and you can sit outside to enjoy the beautiful view of Sedona. My favorite is the crispy cauliflower taco and either the horchata or watermelon juice. My husband tried the burrito and also loved it.
