Even though it's an older trailer, this guy is on point.He takes pride and enjoys his work, he is open almost every night and very late.Almost three am in the morning waiting to feed your hungry belly because nothing else is open this town, he is a blessing. I am so happy that he is open late nights. When I am hungry and you are hungry if you're up in Sedona, Arizona late at night, you should definitely come by and get some quesadillas or some street tacos. Definitely worth it. Only place in Sedona open late night for food. (2:00 am) Super grateful by all means, friendly service from the food truck. Food could use some upgrades and lower prices . But at the late hour really can't expect to much . Tacos are probably the best I had out of nachos and elote.big selection of hot sauce

Amazing Tacos! Must Try in Sedona! This late-night taco truck is an absolute gem. Open from 7pm to 3am, it's the perfect spot for a late-night snack or meal. The vendor, Simon, is incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering samples of all their meats before you even order. He truly is amazing, ensuring that every customer has a fantastic experience. We ended up trying a variety of tacos - Carne Asada (beef), Pollo (chicken), Carnitas (pork), Al Pastor (pork), and the Flaming Hot elote, which was absolutely flaming awesome! The tacos were all delicious and served piping hot. This is definitely a must-try taco spot in Sedona!

The Carne burrito is a hit! Super filling. A two meal option for sure. . The al pastor/carne asada tacos were delicious but did have minimal meat. Salsas....delicious worth a go!!! It's a Taco truck. I accessed it via Google saying "food near me" and this truck popped up it's side street location. It was perfect!

We used to eat there all the time on my way home from work. Sometimes we would stand/eat and just chit-chat with regulars and Simon (if he wasn't too busy). Simon is always happy to make a great meal for his customers. I always order the carnitas tacos with sautƩed onions and his super hot peppers on the side. So yummy! He's a hard worker, loves his customers, is super kind, and is always smiling.
