We took our food back to where we were staying but they have a picnic table to eat at. The food is worth every penny. I loved the burrito more than the tacos. The put pinto beans in them and they were delicious.
The cheese was so good and the salsa was zingy with flavor. The tacos are smaller than most places I have been so double your normal order.
The burrito was huge. I could have split it.
Would recommend eating here if you haven't already and if you have go back.

We used to eat there all the time on my way home from work. Sometimes we would stand/eat and just chit-chat with regulars and Simon (if he wasn't too busy). Simon is always happy to make a great meal for his customers. I always order the carnitas tacos with sautéed onions and his super hot peppers on the side. So yummy! He's a hard worker, loves his customers, is super kind, and is always smiling.

Even though it's an older trailer, this guy is on point.He takes pride and enjoys his work, he is open almost every night and very late.Almost three am in the morning waiting to feed your hungry belly because nothing else is open this town, he is a blessing. I am so happy that he is open late nights. When I am hungry and you are hungry if you're up in Sedona, Arizona late at night, you should definitely come by and get some quesadillas or some street tacos. Definitely worth it. Simon's food truck is here. It's through the night to take care of your hungry needs, so come check him out
