Honestly...I don't understand why their reviews are so bad. I am an regular Starbucks customer. And I love this location I'm always disappointed when I go to any other one. I'm pretty specific about my orders these employees ALWAYS go above and beyond for me. I freaking LOVE them remember...tip your barista people. This is not an easy job.
Great stop for coffee in Sedona. You get the Starbucks coffee and atmosphere you expect, plus Jackie! She is so nice and offered us a great hiking suggestion that turned out perfectly for our little family. We returned for our caffeine fix later in the week purely because of her smiling face.
