This pizza crust is edible art. As a hobbyist, home baker, I relished its culinary narrative as told by Matteo, its creator and restaurant owner. The Italian wheat flour, better production techniques, and the owner’s gluten-development process results in a pizza crust both crispy and airy, delicate and substantial. I’d come back to Sedona just to eat here again.

I was skeptical at first as I’m from Boston and were used to amazing Italian food. I typically don’t do Italian outside of Boston or New York but this was amazing. Great service, fresh food, and amazing staff all around.

My husband and I were looking for the “best Pizza” in Sedona. Boy did we find it, BUT we were educated and found we love PINSA ROMANA even more than traditional pizza. What treat!! We were greeted by a delightful and authentic staff and given perfect recommendations from our main course to our after dinner Italian Amaro. It was more than dinner! It was an amazing experience!! We will definitely be going back!!!

All of the food was delicious. Super fresh, full flavor. The staff is welcoming and conversational. Perfect dinner after our 7 mile hike.
As far as dessert goes, we wouldn't order the lemon pastry again. Flavor is mild, which some people may like.

We ordered to go while staying at a hotel nearby, the food was amazing, as good as any fancy Italian restaurant I have been to. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent salads and pizzas. Generous portions. Great value for money. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Vegetarian options: The salad with spring greens, apples, pistachios and Gorgonzola was fabulous!
