Opentable Diner

Our server was amazing but they are shutting the hotel down for reservations and have no food. Everything was out and even my salad was a weird combo of stuff not on the menu. It would have been fine if they offered a discount but they still are charging full price. Don't go here until they reopen.

My wife and I spent one night at Polo Diablo one the way from Vegas to Santa Fe. The facility is just days away from closing down for at least a year while the new owners completely renovate the resort. We made a commitment to return when it reopens. The site has great potential. As for the restaurant, we ate dinner and breakfast the following morning. Considering the eminent closure, they were out of a number of items, but what we had was well prepared with ample portions. The highlight was the employees. Despite heading to new jobs in less than a week, every one from the hostess to our servers (Mario and Mr. Mario) and the other staff were amazing. The new owners will do themselves a favor by finding these people and getting them back next year.

We walked in and the restaurant was completely empty, no one at the host stand either so instead of checking in for our table, we just sat at the bar. Slider appetizer was pretty good, and we ordered the 22 oz ribeye which took about an hour to come out, and was very undercooked. We had about 4 bites, and left.

The food was good, but not great. The wine we ordered from the menu was unavailable. The servers were confused about which wine it was I had to help them look for it. It was a bit loud inside and air conditioner was blowing on our table the entire meal.

I made a reservation here for brunch on open table at 1 pm. We arrived at 12:45 to a nearly empty restaurant. They told us they closed at 1:00 (at the time of our reservation) and they were clearly not interested in seating us or serving us, in fact the manager basically ushered us out the door. Disappointing as it was my birthday and had planned on having a nice brunch there. Appalling.

Gorgeous outdoor seating but food was only ok for the money. French fries were amazing though. Cocktails were fabulous.

Our waitress was great and the manager was friendly. But to serve a martini in a water goblet was unacceptable. The food was not great. Meat temperature was not accurate. I think k the restaurant was very understaffed the night we were there. It did not help that they had three large bachelorette parties. It made it for an uncomfortably loud meal

Divinely Reviewed: Willow’s Kitchen and Wine Bar (Poco Diablo Resort, Sedona, AZ)

Willow’s Kitchen and Wine Bar is a hidden gem just outside the bustle of Uptown Sedona. It offers a peaceful atmosphere, stunning red rock views, and delicious food. I paired a cool glass of Riesling with my meal and finished with chamomile tea—perfectly refreshing.

Favorites: The salmon for dinner is magnificent, and the steak and eggs never miss. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, making every meal feel special. Tip: Enjoy breakfast on the patio while watching the sunrise for an unforgettable experience.

Food not hot. Menu was very limited and weird. Trying to be high end but wasn't. Server was excellent. Very friendly. Pricey

The food itself is always inconsistent. Either too salty or not salty enough. The chefs themselves have poor hygiene standards either leaning on the same cutting boards, playing on their phones, that they cut steaks on. The kitchen itself is cleaned poorly and infrequently. Food will be left out at unsafe temperatures, Ie a bag of chicken strips being left out on a cart for the entire night while being used for the children’s menu. The cook on raw meats is always inconsistent. Most of their proteins come frozen while they charge the price that they charge, ex beef, salmon, tuna. I do not recommend eating leftovers from here as all of the food is prepared in advance, reheated to order, and if you take it home make sure to eat it cold as heating food more than twice can lead to temperature danger zones that lead to bacteria growth. The fryer is cleaned once in a blue moon, if the staff are really really bored. The front end staff do not have the support they need to provide the best customer service. Front of house will be waiting on back while the cooks just play on their phones. The plating of the dishes is fine. The portions are a little small for the price point. However you can get some beyond beautiful views when sitting on the deck. The restaurant is loud itself for how open it is.

This place will be closing in may for renovations. They will be increasing their prices. Management is the problem and will continue after the renovation. This renovation will tackle the clogged drains due to improper oil disposal. Among other things.

And a final note from someone who cannot have gluten. DO NOT EAT HERE. The pure amount of dangerous cross contamination for the gluten free dishes makes it laughable that they are considered gluten free. SAVE MONEY AND JUST GO TO DENNYS.

Our brunch this morning was fantastic!! From the flavor of their coffee to the pancakes everything was top notch!! Highly recommend the croissant breakfast sandwich and lemon ricotta pancakes. Great view as well. Check this place out!

Limited menu as many options were out of stock. Lobster risotto was inedibly salty. There was no host to check me in so I set myself at the bar. Wine was delicious but that was it.

Wouldn't recommend this place, food was average or below, Received an espresso martini in a water glass, & ambience is boring. Very underwhelmed.

Delicious! Sides choices could be better. Destiny was a great server. Bar out of many choices.
