We went to dinner here and not only was the food terrific our server/ bartender was out of this word. Alex was a sweet young man - very knowledgeable about the bar and food. Patient - kind and honestly awesome!!!! I would go again atmosphere- food- service were all excellent. I had a pineapple martini and pasta dish - terrific! My husband had the blackened salmon also great!
We ate here on our last day in Sedona and I’m glad we did. The view is great and the food is as well. We sat on the patio and enjoyed watching a plane take off. We shared the hummus platter, mesa chicken and Elote side dish. Prickly pear lemonade was refreshing and my husband enjoyed the red sangria. All fresh and well seasoned. Would return. Would recommend this over Creekside.

Have eaten at the Mesa Grill since constructed. In the past, I always found quality in both service and food. My last visit was very disappointing, mostly due to pricing. Ice tea was priced at $5 add salmon to salad at $14. Common on!! I will continue to visit on limited basis, drinking only water and ordering items to share..
