It is a very well and carefully marketed place, you can tell there is the hand of an online marketing expert here as since Google maps or any other source this place stands.Names of the dishes and the whole roadkill lore makes it attractive, you go out of curiosity at the end, for the experience.Food and service were fine, no complaints. It can be a bit above the price range but I guess they have gained that right thanks to their marketing efforts.Kudos for them.

Food was great with huge portions! Service was fast, and friendly. Nice saloon! If your looking for stomach, friendly, travel food, in a clean place with polite and fun staff, stop in!
