“We ordered an order to go. Told it would be ready for pickup in 15-20 minutes. Arrived in time, went to the order to go pickup sign and stood there for 15-20 minutes. 5-6 gals, all behind the counter and not one asked me if they could help me. A lady came in, behind me and was served right away. Then, a family and again, order to go right way. That’s when I said that’s enough and she grabbed my bag which was already ready and off I go. Manager needs to take control of that restaurant…“

“In town visiting family, came in here after a great experience first trip to get 4 coffees for the family. Mike greeted us, and within 5 seconds of looking at the menu said "I'm here until 5, and there's a line of people behind you. LETS GO". We started ordering immediately, and got a VERY visible eyeroll with each order. The "line of people" hadn't entered the building, was only three people and we had been at the counter at this point less than 30 seconds.We chose to walk out at this point. Sad that I had to write this, but the experience we just had was shockingly bad. Hopefully Mike's day gets better.“
