Customer service is meh… none of the employees want to be there. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I guess they ran out because my sandwich just had 2 chicken tenders instead of the usual chicken. I’m not one to complain usually but this was very disappointing.

This is not the Carl's jr. you know and love. Not by a long shot. Food is terrible. I ordered a sourdough burger and got a buttery white bread mess. Wasn't cooked right and the bread was just soaked with butter. Nasty. I ordered as take out and was way down the road already to turn around. So I tossed in the trash at burger king when I stopped there for my burger fix. Don't waste you time and money here when Cullivers is right around the way,and they are ALWAYS so nice.

Look at all these fake reviews so they can get a bonus. Employees are rude! Service is slow as heck. Place is gross. Food tastes awful and is cold. They never get your order right and god forbid you get your drink before your order especially if it’s one they have to make.

The employees are really slow, especially the older guy who works the register. Waited 15 minutes for one box of fries one day, I used to work at McDonald's, I don't know how different their fries are compared to McDonald's but it used to only take 3 minutes for us to make a batch of fries. Just because it doesn't have a drive through doesn't mean it's not fast food. Waiting 10-20 minutes every order is ridiculous.
