First time in Carl's Jr. The menu looked good, and prices were the same as other fast food restaurants. After ordering, I was given a number to place on my table, and they would bring out my food as I ordered it dine in. I noticed the tables and chairs were not clean. I told the staff member, and she politely came out and wiped off a table I wanted to sit at. I waited about 10 minutes and she brought out my and another customer's orders. I love how friendly all the staff are. Food is usually out pretty prompt unless they are slammed with many orders. Typical of a fast food place if you need to wait more than 5 minutes. I live the chocolate milk shake with the chocolate cake mixed it. YUMMMMMKid-friendliness: I brought 2 small children with me and one of the staff members made jokes to cheer then up. It was much appreciated.

The employees are really slow, especially the older guy who works the register. Waited 15 minutes for one box of fries one day, I used to work at McDonald's, I don't know how different their fries are compared to McDonald's but it used to only take 3 minutes for us to make a batch of fries. Just because it doesn't have a drive through doesn't mean it's not fast food. Waiting 10-20 minutes every order is ridiculous.
