Cattlemens has come a long way as far as their atmosphere as well as their amazing steaks and seafood Love their drink menu and make great old fashion served over a large ice cube Since the remodel and new ownership, this place is a hidden gem! It's one of our favorites in Show Low! Our favorite place to have dinner is in the bar area! Service is excellent! If you haven't been you need to go and if it's been a while since you've gone, check it out again!
I had the New York and my husband had the prime rib. Both were spectacular. My husband said it's the second best prime he's had in his life and he's 66 years old. Will definitely go back. 
Food was excellent but I'm a bit shocked by the prices theses days! $43 for an 8oz filet mignon and $32 for a NY strip. The lighting is too bright for a romantic dinner and the seating is in a large room with little privacy.The service is friendly and helpful! I would recommend some plates that you can warm so the food remains warm throughout the meal. We requested a reservation change to an earlier time and staff was very accommodating!!
