Order through the app. Arrived at the drive through and informed of online order. They directed me to pull forward to the pickup window. While at the order station I was having a conversation about desert, I told her I could order a brownie of cookies, but it wasn’t on her diet. After receiving our order we found that a brownie was included. Thumbs up to our local Firehouse suds as they always get our orders correct and the food is always fresh.
Was offered 50-% on website when ordering off the web, but didn't happen. Asked manager and he stated it's our 3-rd party people and we don't control that. Manager comped me 2-large drinks and two bags of chips, so overall happy. Will return again.
Food was prepared well and was warm when received. Service was good except we had to wait at the window for our food for 15 minutes. We only ordered 2 sandwiches and nothing else. They need to work on their food preparation service.
