Phenomenal Thai food. Very authentic. The couple running this business are excellent folks. I have tried everything on the menu at this point and it hasn't missed. If you want good food in show low, you are missing out if you drive past this place. Cashew chicken is over the top.

In town for work, and finally got a chance to stop by. The owners are very friendly, the food was prepared fast, and was delicious. The portion was enough for me to eat 2 meals. I’ve only been once, but I’ll definitely be back.

If you like coconut tomato potato Curry sludge you'll love this place! I have experience in Thai Cuisine and this ain't it! Sorry to say I was really excited to see what they had to offer. $40 later and inedible food was very disappointing.

It's a food truck and I give it 5 We've eaten there 4 times in 4 days - the plates are enough for lunch AND dinner. Her flavors are fresh and authentic. I hate to give a review because I don't want to stand in line for an hour once the word gets out but that's just being plain selfish. Super nice folks. I'd love to see them succeed.

We found this food truck on our way from Scottsdale to Pinetop for a long weekend. Chicken Pad Thai is amazing. Bring your patience as there is a wait for the food but worth it. The Tom Yum soup was great as well. It was sooo good we also got an order on our way back to Scottsdale. Thank you for an amazing lunch!!

This Thai food was excellent. Price per meal is 13 dollars but give you a good portion of it. If you're not a big eater than I highly recommend to share with someone else. Food preparation is about 20-45 mins waiting time. I highly recommend you to call in early or you will have to be patience waiting for your meal to be cook. There are some lawn chair under the tree to sit and wait. Bring a book or just stare at the traffic going by! Each day they have different menus to choose from. If you're new to Thai food. I would recommend Pan Thai. If you're adventurous then I insist to order something else. If you have food allergies then this food is not recommended. This is a great place for date nights but I would recommend to bring your own drinks. Only problem is finding a parking place because it look well hidden. I can't guarantee you a good parking spot!

Stopped by as I saw the few reviews on Yelp and let me tell you this place doesn't disappoint. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and it was made to order and was excellent. This place is owned by a gentleman and his wife. He does all the friendly service and she cooks. What a great spot I will definitely be back. If you're ever in the area I highly recommend.
This is the pinnacle of the Thai scene here in Show Low, which is to say that this is the only good Thai place. I grew up eating Thai food regularly and can confidently say that Ruean keeps up with or surpasses most Thai places from the PNW. Parking is a hassle and the Thai tea is a little sweeter than I'd like (though I order it every time regardless haha) but we still go out of our way to come here when we can. Prices are reasonable given the portions, and I love that the menu changes every day. Plus, the owners are super cool people :) I regularly recommend this place to friends -- if you haven't tried it, you really should!Vegetarian options: Almost every dish can be ordered vegetarian if you ask

The food is fantastic and the friendliest people you will ever meet!I have always been turned off by the word curry. I have tried curry in the past and it literally left a terrible taste in my mouth and in my memories. When I went to try something new, I made the comment about not liking curry and was told I needed to at least sample it cause not all curry's are the same. Boy were they right! The mango curry is AMAZING!! I love, love, love the food. We've now tried several different items on the menu and have not been disappointed! Highly recommend.

Ordered green curry and pad thai noodles; got home and found two orders of a chicken and green bean dish that was salty. No green curry and no pad thai. And there's no phone number available to call to inform them of their error. Not happy.
