Was served a "raw" prime rib. Meat was cold and had way to much fat on it. Despite ordering medium rare and pointing it out to 3 different people nobody offered to fixed the issue. Took 3 bites and knew I couldn't eat it. Got super sick from it. Paid $46 for non edible prime rib & 1 beer. Will never be back.
Great food and the waitress was wonderful
Terrible awful Manager with no regards to customer service! ordered a $48 steak which was way over cooked beyond "medium rare"! Baked potatoes was undercooked & 3 "side" shrimp were out of a frozen box (ate 2, couldn't do the 3rd from gross taste). We were offered $5 off my meal!!!!!! Manager took no responsibility and informed us that he does not ever give discounts..lol! DISCOUNTS??? Your food was not cooked correctly and your a STEAKHOUSE!!! Treated terribly.
