Torreon Grille Reviews
Great dining experience at the Torreon Grille last week. Scott Waddle, F&B manager, has turned this restaurant into a wonderful dining experience. The pasta dishes were excellent, service warm and friendly.
Thank you to Scott and his team.
Thank you to Scott and his team.
The service at this place is always impeccable. We particularly like the friendly attitude displayed by all staff, but especially Carrie on this occasion. There was live music inside but we were seated on the outside deck and it was the perfect combination as we could hear the performers but still have a conversation. My only criticism, if you can even call it that, is that the menu items are rather limited and seldom rotate... but the food quality is excellent.
Over the years we have dined there and it's been average, Recently we have dined twice and both times have been outstanding last night we met the new GM Scott. He introduced himself and we quickly understood the new excellence. Service was outstanding. Everyone in our party of 6 was delighted with every entree. Deserts were also varied and very very good. Scott has made this our new go to spot.

Torreon Grille offers beautifully presented and delicious food, served by attentive staff. Their burgers are a highlight, cooked to perfection with many toppings. Recent reviews praise the salmon, which is done perfectly, and the pasta, which is enjoyed despite its richness. Customers have also appreciated the excellent appetizers like Octopus and pickled veggies, as well as dishes such as braised beef cheek and pollo arrosto with creamy mascarpone polenta. The service is friendly and efficient, with wait staff keeping drinks topped up and ensuring meals arrive quickly. The wine selection is adequate and reasonably priced, providing good value for the quality. Although some find the prices a bit higher, the overall experience is highly recommended for a tasty meal with large portions, including kid-friendly options and tasty sandwiches like the turkey club. Desserts such as tiramisu, hazelnut crunch, and pecan chocolate torte are also enjoyed. The restaurant sometimes faces minor issues, such as no coffee on certain days or limited appetizer options, but overall, it provides a warm and satisfying dining experience. The owner, Scott Waddle, maintains high standards, and Chef Eric occasionally visits tables.
