Great dining experience at the Torreon Grille last week. Scott Waddle, F&B manager, has turned this restaurant into a wonderful dining experience. The pasta dishes were excellent, service warm and friendly.

The food was solid. They recently changed the menu and the bread that used to be available before the food came isn’t nearly as good as it used to be. But other than that, great experience. I had the braised short rib, and it was very good - solid B+/A- meal. Would make a great anniversary meal.
The restaurant was bustling with golfers so there was a very vibrant atmosphere when we arrived. The hostess told us to seat ourselves wherever. We were greeted by a waitress quickly, taking our drink order. We received our bar order then ordered a wedge salad to split. We each ordered a sandwich which was perfectly timed after our wedge salad. The sandwiches were great . We will be back hopefully trying out dinner.

Desserts such as tiramisu, hazelnut crunch, and pecan chocolate torte are also enjoyed. The restaurant sometimes faces minor issues, such as no coffee on certain days or limited appetizer options, but overall, it provides a warm and satisfying dining experience. The owner, Scott Waddle, maintains high standards, and Chef Eric occasionally visits tables.
