We arrived at this restaurant @ 6pm
It was not busy, but we waited 10 min to be greeted and sat. The service was incredibly slow, the food took forever, and they were out of the shrimp and ribs, two things we tried to order. We waited over an hour to get our dinner. Will not return.

This restaurant has been around for many years and you can tell it. It needs a good cleaning from one end to the other.

Kerry was our server and it was awful. Me and a group of 4 all ordered trios as our meal. My order was wonton tacos without the topping of coleslaw and when she brought it out, they had coleslaw on them. When it was mention I ordered the tacos without coleslaw she mentioned for us to switch them out from another trios that was ordered at our table. If it were my daughters plate it wouldn’t have been such a big deal but first off it was a friend of a friend so wasn’t someone I even knew and second off 2 of the platters were delivered and about 10 minutes later the other 2. So long story short we swapped items from plates when they weren’t even brought out together. We will not be back, and this was actually the second time we’ve had this waitress. Figuring to give her a chance again thinking she was a new server but almost a year later her skills have not improved!!

We went to Applebee's on Thanksgiving and they had a limited Holiday menu (very understandable) but what I thought was not satisfying is the prices were $1 to $3.50 over the regular menu price. I don't feel that a business should charge extra for any particular day. It is a form of price gouging.

1st time at Applebee's our server was joy she absolutely killed it for us the drinks where good I got a second tipsy reindeer the food was good got the cujn salmon and I scarf it down 5 stars to joy and food ill be coming back again.

Our order was not made correctly, even after I called and spoke to someone. The hostess or whoever it was that brought the food was condescending, rude and acted like we were disturbing her day. I left feedback and requested a callback...guess what? Never heard from anyone. This is why restaurants don't last in Sierra Vista, horrible customer service and no follow up.

I never heard from anyone at this location. I replied to the email I was sent and no reply to this day.
