Applebee's Grill + Bar

We went to Applebee's on Thanksgiving and they had a limited Holiday menu (very understandable) but what I thought was not satisfying is the prices were $1 to $3.50 over the regular menu price. I don't feel that a business should charge extra for any particular day. It is a form of price gouging.

1st time at Applebee's our server was joy she absolutely killed it for us the drinks where good I got a second tipsy reindeer the food was good got the cujn salmon and I scarf it down 5 stars to joy and food ill be coming back again.

Our order was not made correctly, even after I called and spoke to someone. The hostess or whoever it was that brought the food was condescending, rude and acted like we were disturbing her day. I left feedback and requested a callback...guess what? Never heard from anyone. This is why restaurants don't last in Sierra Vista, horrible customer service and no follow up.

Really bad experience with management they messed up the order. I'm there waiting, and they couldn't even hand the order to me they just left it at the table.. asked if it was mine, the response.. i dont know. I had to go and check the receipt myself, just horrible

Kyle was a great server, very nice and knows and performs the definition of tips-Too Insure Promt Service. Plus he was pulling tables out and cleaning underneath. The best visit yet.... Please commend him and a gift card its well deserved. A Server like that is hard to find. Oh yea he put our left over food in a togo container for us and he
used our name on the way out and insisted to hold the door open for us. The Company we were with prejudged male waiters in weekend outings aren't so good but Kyle proved her wrong, my company apologized to me for prejudging. Kyle we will see you at our next visit. Keep the positive attitude no matter what..

Sat at the bar no onw was behind the bar. Drinks took for ever. Watered down wine. Margaritas with no salt. Wine came after I already finished my dinner. Food was meh. What a waste of money
