Waited 15 minutes in CarsideToGO, for my order that was overdue. Supposedly waiting on fries. Got food and burgers were lukewarm and fries were cold. Will not be ordering here again.

This place not only honors Veterans which is refreshing, but it also employees AMAZING servers like Doreen!Thank you, Doreen for your excellent service (totally attentive to our body language and never interrupted our conversation but knew exactly when we needed something!) and thank you, Applebees for choosing a beautiful setting with mountains just outside the door!

Excellent service and fantastic food! With so many menu choices it's hard to choose. They offer a 10% discount daily for individuals 60 and over. (You have to ask for the discount). Highly recommend.

I know that waiters and waitresses have many things to do and the only thing I asked her that really got me a little upset but I never told her was in the beginning I said there's three of us that have birthdays in the group and she explained to me that we get cake or ? I didn't understand her, well we never got them. Plus that same day your restrooms were out of order from the group of ladies that mentioned it the rest of the group.. plus I asked for no salt on my fries and what did I get?Yes salt on my fries

Rave to Angelica and Bianca!! They were having internet malfunctions but service and food was great! Food came out quicker than we expected and they were on top of everything. Super friendly and great customer service ?

Waited 20 minutes to get greeted. Mind you we had to grab a hostess to grab a server to even recognize us. 3 groups that came in after us, were greeted before us and were checked out before we could even place an order! All we ordered was a soup and wings. Took 2 hours!!! Then their systems were down and the manager said they have to double tax us!?!? Since when!?!? Was told if I don't want to pay double tax that I can wait even longer for a manager to correct the bill. Where is this extra money going!?!? Seems sketchy. Sounds like the manager with the dark and red striped hair is pocketing extra revenue for herlsef.
