I purchased through drive thru 4 of the classic roast beef sandwiches today April 10th and the meat was thicker then normal and hard nothing like their normal roast beef . I couldn't even finish one sandwich it was that bad! I've eaten at this location since they have opened and their sandwiches have always been excellent along with the service and food but today is the first time that the food was disgusting.other then today's experience I would rate at 5 stars!

My town doesn’t really have very many options for fast food these days but Arbys has been able to stand the test of time for a while now. Its one of the few fast food places that I can say that I have never had an issue with. I can just go in, place my order and not have to worry about it. The food is often made right and the staff is very friendly to those with disabilities. One of them even showed me a neat trick with my phone to make the menu in the back bigger using my phones camera so I could see it correctly. I really appreciated that a lot I think. I appreciate the staff there for how they are with everyone. They are one of the few restaurants that I can say that I’ve never had an issue with their conduct. You can go in, joke around, and just be a human being. Its more than what I see out of most places these days. They have become my go to for a while due to this simple fact. Whenever I’m hungry and don’t have time to cook, I try to make it to Arbys.
