Talk about a well kept secret. When I heard biscuits n gravy at a BBQ place I thought "no way". Boy was I wrong.Don't just take my word for it, stop in and try them. You won't be disappointed. Seating is limited so go early if you plan to eat in.

1 out of 5 stars for me.Pro: The Food is honestly really good.Con: For the few times I've been inside the restaurant I've had small issues, nothing too bad, just wait times for food or for someone to come up front to take my order from being in the back. Today was a bit of an issue, they took my order for two biscuits and gravy, was going to cost be $45 which is a bit much but i did add eggs and extra meats to each order and 15% tip. Now thinking about it....very pricey but i was willing to support a small business because the food really is good. The problem is after waiting in the dinning room area for quite some time, the owner came out and told us there was no more gravy. He said he told the front of house but I guess they failed to remember. Not a fan of waiting for 15mins out in the waiting area to find out they cant even make the order i paid for. Money was refunded in full.

The place was busy at 8:30, serving and carry outs. The brisket is fabulous, the sides are tasty, and the biscuits and gravy are the best I ever had. The owner is very pleasant and hard working. Please support this place, Sierra Vista.
Food was good. Problem is there are only 4 tables so eating in is iffy. There was a lot of take out while there.

Great veteran owned business that is growing fast. Definitely recommend. The owner is extremely accommodating for special requests and made my guests and I feel like family. I returned for many visits and suggest you do too ??
We have been to Bam Bam's several times for breakfast & a couple of times for dinner. The sausage gravy is the BEST we have ever eaten. Very flavorful. There are some unique items on the menu that we have also tried. Everything we ate has been delicious!The seating capacity is small and the majority of people do take-out. We have always ate in and appreciate the customer service we have received. The coffee is complimentary and self-serve. Bam Bam's has become our breakfast destination of choice whenever we are in Sierra Vista.
