I ordered the beef stir fry and it had penne pasta… which is unusual for a stir fry. I wouldn’t order this dish again, it aesthetically didn’t look right and there were tons of onions and like 3 slices of bell peppers. They also didn’t have the mochi donuts, which apparently are only available on saturdays….? The vanilla chai tea was decent. Would highly suggest they change the recipe for this dish, more variety of vegetables and no pasta.

I had came in Saturday April 12 around 7pm. I had multiple negative experience, all involving the same employee. She has been consistently rude, dismissive and very unprofessional It’s not just a one-time incident—there have been several altercations where she’s gone out of her way to be disrespectful. She consistently talks to me like I’m stupid or can’t read the menu, and it’s incredibly disrespectful. When I asked a simple question about the menu, her attitude is horrible…. I really hope management does something about it because it’s making customers feel unwelcome. I love coming here for the sweet treats and food! But it’s just upsetting!!!

The food and boba were decent, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. During my visit, the owner was yelling at the staff so loudly that it overpowered the music, which made the atmosphere really uncomfortable. On a positive note, the younger female employee who helped me was very polite and provided good service.

Most definitely my favorite place to go for drinks and food whether it’s going with friends, family, or by my self. The vibe of the place is very cozy and aesthetic, perfect for any casual hang out or a small study session.
Coming from an Asian girl who grew up consuming asian foods all the time, Beau Tea and the Bites always nails it with the drinks and food. The tapioca texture is perfection, and each drink mix is made deliciously. The food is also a must have. Their food menu is filled with plenty of yummy options.
The workers here are also very friendly, welcoming, and kind. They are always ready to give you a good recommendation when you can’t decide or when you’re feeling adventurous.

We were kindly greeted when we walked through the door.
She tried the Butterfly Series Peach Pea Flower Tea, which she also loved the flavor of!
The young gentleman behind the counter had given us outstanding customer service & made our morning!

Amazing place! My family was so excited to go to this place and try everything out. Particularly the mochi donuts. After living in Japan for seven years I can tell you that this place is 100 percent authentic. Tasted exactly the same as Mr. Donut in Japan. Thank for my making a special one just for my 8 year old child who also was in Japan with me for years and misses the food. Thanks again I will see y’all soon.

After living in Japan for 3 years, we were excited to try this place. The mochi donuts are amazing and authentic. We also tried the Hokkaido coffee which was also delicious. Staff is friendly and the owner is so sweet. Really cool atmosphere inside too. Highly recommend!
