With lots of employees physically present (working at a snail's pace and one fussing with her phone) and less than half the tables occupied, we were ignored for about 15 minutes after being seated. From entering to food was about 45 minutes. If I hadn't told a waitress who was casually wiping a table that we were ready to place our order, who knows how long we would have waited. The kitchen's hustle was equally non-existent as the wait for our food was unusually...

We had a great experience at Urbano! The service was great! The owner was so present and involved, it was like we had two servers! The atmosphere was fun, yet relaxed. There was live music and different seating options to accommodate our group, including indoor and outdoor options. Definitely be going back!!!

Urbano! You have outdone yourselves. We came in for the live music event, not only was it fun but the music was amazing. Waiting staff were so attentive. I got the ribeye steak dinner plate and it was cooked to perfection. The potatoes had a slight Parmesan crust that was delicious with every bite. We will definitely make this our go to date night or family dinner. Highly recommended!! ❤️
