Was given the wrong dish, had to ask for silverware. Bathroom was dirty and they had just opened. Won't go back.

Order was a mobile pickup order and was ready rather quickly. The restaurant didn't have a welcoming smell.
The ultimate nachos we received looked less than appetizing. The online menu states pico de gallo, salsa, neither of which was on this order. There was very little of the cheese sauce and cheese in general. Lots of plain tortilla chips, the cilantro looks old and nasty.
This was a huge disappointment once again with this place. I have had more disappointments than not. I will NOT be giving this place another try!

Big shout out to our server Eddie. Just moved to town and we went to eat around 12 had the endless appetizers with 30 wings . Eddie was great . He took care of us kept our drinks coming . Food was good also .

Tried to take the family out for dinner and stood for over 25 minutes with out even being acknowledged. No staff at the front and the wait staff were completely indifferent to anything but waiting on their tables. Ended up leaving so we could get something to eat. Just terrible.

My husband and I decided on Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch. We were greeted promptly at the door and seated in a booth. We were told that our server would be there within moments. The restaurant was not busy. There were a total of four tables and it seemed like it was a very slow afternoon. However, 15 minutes later, we had not been visited by a server. My husband tried to flag down the servers twice so that we could get our orders taken and get going. Nothing. After 15 minutes we got up and left. Buffalo Wild Wings, I am not sure what’s happening, but I will definitely think twice about going back to your restaurant in the future. Oh, if you are wondering, we did get lunch at Taco Giro. Seated promptly, drink and chips/salsa at table within minutes and yes, it was hopping for lunch. What a difference - food on the table faster than the non-service at B Dubs! Just in case you are wondering where to go for lunch.

It wasn't a good experience. The food taste awful, the service was bad, and it was so crowded that you could barely talk. The food was overcooked and burnt. The waiter took forever bringing everything. I do not recommend.

The customer service and food quality here have been on a drastic decline the last several years. We used to love coming here. Now, it's a dreadful experience. After the craptastic treatment by one of their employees tonight, we won't be giving them anymore chances or anymore of our hard earned money. Do better.

Food is sub-par not great and not bad. Service you can be wating a long time then go your whole meal wothout ever seeing your server again. Atmosphere loud TVs + music + other people. Can't control other people and expect the TVs at this type of place. But why have music on top of it all 🤷♂️

I've had a gift card for awhile. I've never been to Buffalo Wild Wings before. It was on my way home and I was hungry. I went into the 'Take Out' door and was greeted nicely by Lincoln. I explained that this was my first time and that I had a gift card. He was really cool and patient and answered my questions. I ordered the pretzel knots and regular wings with Parmesan and garlic. The food came out nice and hot. The pretzel knots...I should've gotten 2 orders! Potentially addictive 😊 The wings were smothered with the Parmesan and garlic sauce. They were more spicy than I anticipated. For me, it was a pleasant surprise.
It was very clean and they had a good crowd in to watch football. I'll definitely be back.
Parking: If you are doing takeout, they have designated spots for that.
