Don't order pick up! They didn't give me any of the meals correct. Burgers had pickles, they forgot one of meals and I had to wait to get one of them only to get home to see that they forgot one of my meals and dressing.

Top three worst food I’ve ever had. My wife and I wanted to mix it up. Chili’s is never on option list because every time we get it, it is not good at all. Since it had been while, we thought maybe things have improved, they definitely had not. I got steak, broccoli, and loaded mashed potatoes. My wife got chicken tenders and fries. When the food got in the car, the first thing I thought of was that broccoli smelled horrible. It tasted as bad as it smelled. The steak look bland, and as if it had been in the freezer for months and just thrown on the grill without thawing. No seasoning and the texture was off, from what I’m guessing again to be from the water of the ice from just being thrown on the grill without thawing. I took maybe 3 bites and couldn’t do. My wife offered me her chicken tenders. I ate one, and again, not good at all. I had a horrible taste lingering in my mouth and my stomach felt weird. My wife, eating her whole meal, woke up feeling horrible because her stomach was in knots. I honestly do not see how this place is still in business with how horrible the food is. One time is understandable but it has been like this all 6 times I’ve been there over about three years. Nothing has changed, at least not for me.

Went to dinner last night. Was put in the bar. The bartender was to take care of us. We ordered our drinks and dinner. A party of 12 came in after us. We got our drinks, my husband got his salad. Then we waited an hour for our dinner to show up. Finally we asked about our dinner and was told that they are still cooking it. In this time the table of 12 got drinks and dinner. I'm still waiting for my dinner. My family and I left without having dinner.

Really poor preference last night was seated, got,drinks then sate there for a hour a group 12 came 10 minutes after us this group got ther drinks and food before we got our appetizer when I said anything they said that they were busy and that we would get our food when they got it done. We left and didn't pay for our drinks.
