I took my family to Cold Stone Creamery, and we had such a fantastic experience! The ice cream, as always, was deliciousā many flavors and mix-ins to choose from, making it really fun. But what stood out was the amazing service. Gracie was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She made excellent recommendations and even added a personal touch that made our visit extra special. Weāll definitely be coming back.

These reviews are insane. Weāve had nothing but good service every time we go in there the ice cream is great and the portions are big everybody in this town has something to complain about. Get over it

Walked in to get ice cream tonight. Family of 4 ahead of us (1-25-2025 9:45pm). Over 10 minutes standing inside and not one order ahead of us got started. Then a guy from the restaurant next door came over with food and the worker began flirting with him instead of doing her job. Suggestion- stop hiring high school girls. It's not social hour at work.

This is a uniquely bad Cold Stone location. If you have the opportunity to go elsewhere. They portions are smaller and more expensive than other stores and the counter here is dirty and contaminates your ice cream with other flavors. To top it off, thereās no soap in the restroom. Do the employees even wash their hands, or do they have a private restroom with soap?

People are friendly, and the ice cream is good. Did watch a couple of roaches crawl across the counter, though, which really dulled the experience. Not to mention I had asked for a waffle bowl, but changed my mind. I had specified several times that I did not want a waffle bowl, just a regular bowl, and she still handed me a waffle bowl.

Terrible experience and feel cheated out of $8.99. I will not go back. When I asked for the manager I was told the manager is out of town, and I was called names by the employee. When I asked her not to be rude since I wasnāt being rude, she continued yelling at me.

Sunday November 5th I went into coldstone with my family. The employee working (her name tag said leah) was very rude and unhelpful. She was impatient with my family's order, and acted as if we were an inconvenience. The other employee, I am unsure of her name, had both headphones in the entire time and ignored us, not making eye contact once. It took over 15 minutes to get 4 ice creams and my family felt completely unwelcome the entire time. Terrible experience we will NEVER be returning, if I could leave zero stars I would!
