I see Culver's as the "beef-version of Chik-Fil-A" and mean that as a compliment. Been to over two dozen locations across the nation and have never had a less than perfect experience. Experts in quality control, order accuracy, food freshness, and customer service. Wanted to leave a review for this one specifically because I saw the owner assisting an entry-level team member in immediately fixing and cleaning a cup-lid dispenser malfunction--a true testament to the Culver's culture.

First time here, and it was a great experience. They have really tasty burgers, chicken sandwiches, and chicken tenders. That's what we got. Along with their yummy onion rings and pretty good cheese curds. Their custard is really good too. Their customer service was great too, Laura helped us, and she definitely needs a raise. If you haven't tried them, definitely give them a try. Will be back.
First time visiting Culver’s and I must say I was blown away at how nice the staff was, how clean the restaurant was, and best of all how good the double butter burger with FREE bacon was! I guess Mondays are free bacon days so it was an easy choice to try a double butter buyer. It was so good I decided to come back tonight for a spicy chicken sandwich. The sweet treats are also very good. Please put one in Las Vegas. Much better than in n out or farmer boys.

Couldn't leave car, felt unsafe as cars were just coming and stop for a minute. They seemed to be running off people they didn't approve.
I enjoy having lunch at Culver's, especially their northern Atlantic cod fish. Today, however, the cod I received was excessively oily. Upon requesting to speak with the manager, Riley came over. I expressed my concern about the unusual amount of oil and the darker color of the fish. Instead of an apology, his initial response was to offer more napkins. While I remained calm, I believe his reaction lacked empathy and understanding. It's essential for anyone in the service industry to handle customer feedback with professionalism and empathy, qualities that seemed lacking in this interaction.
