The quality of the products is commendable. However, the order fulfillment process encountered inefficiencies, necessitating multiple repetitions of the request due to a lack of attentiveness from the employee. Furthermore, the level of verbal engagement was minimal, and it was necessary to specifically request straws and napkins. Despite these areas for improvement, the establishment remains a positive experience overall.

Went to Dairy Queen for dessert with all the family today. We had 5 Blizzards and an Oreo Brownie Cupfection. The treats were on point and the customer service was fantastic! Love the soft serve, the variety of options for Blizzards, (I just found out that you can build your own Blizzard with the filling options they have), and was really pleased with the friendly and helpful staff working today!

I was looking forward to having a Salted Caramel Truffle Blizzard. Though it tasted good. You had to hunt for any of those additives. Didn't looked like the picture in the ad. I ordered a small and it costed $5. 75. Don't think I got my money's worth.
