First time experience there was great. I didn't eat, was in for Postmates, but that didn't ruin my experience. 3 star rating because I haven't eaten there yet. The employees were full of energy and we chatted while they prepared the food I was to pickup. The smell was awesome and it made me hungry. I have to eat there at least once just to try some of that delicious looking barbecue.

Edit: After finally eating there I can say it's very tasty....

Service was not very welcoming when we went in today. No hello or welcome. Our order was 89.00 and we asked price on small cup of BBQ sauce and it was 2.99!! I ordered corn muffins and they were out. After being told the amount we were going to be charged for extra sauce, I asked if we could get an extra slice of Texas toast to replace the muffin. The reply was it was only .50 for the muffin… they did end up giving me an extra slice of toast. they can do better on customer service...

I did not get what I ordered. Ordered the crispy chicken plate and was given a chicken sandwich. Told the girl my order was wrong and all she said was "sorry about that". Customer service is bad.
