Ordered on the app as the posted hours are 0500-1400, yet at 0545 there is no one in the store. Even if there was someone at work the phone number is disconnected. The quality of this place has declined steadily over the last few years, and I think it may time to contact AAFES about this particular contract.

This review encompasses my three visits over the past two weeks. I have been coming here for several years, but stopped six months ago due to inconsistencies. When I do order, I always order and pay via the app with pickup inside before I either leave my house off post or from my work place on post. My expectation is if I place my order after the morning rush during a NON-BUSY time 5 minutes before I leave my location that my order will be ready when I get there 15 minutes later. This has not happened at my last three visits and the order has been incorrect all three times. The workers were nice and apologetic, but what is going on here? The products offered are good, but consistent service and attention to detail could be greatly improved for those who walk in to pick up their placed in advance orders.

Such a nice cashier. I thought they didn't have my favorite donut, but he had one in back and made sure I got it. And had a smile the entire time. Made my birthday brighter.

Jonathan is the best employee Ive come across. Was extremely nice, greeted me with a big smile, professional, I was short money on my order and he covered the difference. (I watched him swipe his debit card). Employees like this should be valued and taken care of. Thanks Jonathan!

Horrible quality and horrible service. This review is an average of 4 visits. Each time an extended wait of over 10 minutes to receive my order. Order has been wrong 50% of the time, and 75% of the time the coffee has tasted burnt from the day before. Highly recommend going elsewhere for sake of time and quality of product. Cheaper and better service at non-chain Coffee shops within Sierra Vista.

Excellent. Their sourdough breakfast is spot on and real eggs too. Simple ingredients and healthy, without all the mayonnaise and sauces.
Pretty sure they make the donuts somewhere else and serve them there. Coffee is good though. Not like Krumpy’s back in Hagerstown.

I'm usually not the one to do this but I was at the dunkin today in Wal-Mart and really I do believe that the people working there needs some refresher course on customer service skills. Not a thank you, not hello, nothing positive.
