You can tell the manager hates her job and it trickles down to the staff. She spends a lot of time talking with Walmart employees while her employees struggle through the line with an attitude. Amber always makes my drink wrong and gives an attitude when asked to fix it. Food comes out cold and wrong half the time. I also cant tell you how many times they have tried to overcharge me. Visit the Dunkin on base instead of you want a chance at decent food and good service

The last few weeks the coffee has been terrible. Bitter and they never follow instructions for sugar and cream. I really wish they would get their act together because I may have to seek coffee elsewhere.

Ordered 1 large hot coffe with splenda but they added Stevie instead so i asked them to remake it. Also ordered a cold nitro and they gave us an iced coffee! Order a apple fritter and then noticed once I got out in the car it was a plain donut! Seriously people!!

Terrible. Almost every day that I order there isn't wrong or inedible. Honestly, everything in this town is pretty terrible. Just more disappointed that it's this place. After all, how hard is it to literally follow step by step instructions on a machine? Today is the last time I'll order from this place again. Just over it.

0 stars. Petty and Rude Manager. This morning I saw a little girl spill her WATER on the floor and the manager told her she couldn't have a new one while her mom was cleaning it up. Then the manager asked the woman to do her bank run. Is a non-employee even supposed to have access to their money???!! The mom said no and the manager was so rude to her and her children. Very concerning incidents to overhear. Will not be supporting this Dunkin in the future. Corporate, where are you?!

HORRIBLE service! Was there on a Sunday afternoon, two workers, and was completely ignored for 5 solid minutes. When the girl finally asked she was rude, lazy & snarky. The owners would be wise in this economy to replace her with someone who actually wants a job. I can get mediocre coffee & donuts anywhere.

Bought a medium mocha. When it was done , I picked up the order and it felt very light. I asked to put a bit more milk but the server refused and was told it's always like that. I opened the cup and it was almost halfway . I paid for medium and they gave me half a cup no whip just foam. They charged for medium but they give you a small in a medium cup.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Beware of the older Hispanic lady, she made a mistake on my order and got frustrated at me , when SHEs the one that made the mistake. Then she raised her hand and her voice at me when all I did was tell her my correct order. This Dunkin' location would greatly benefit from hiring employees who demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and respect in their interactions with customers!!
Corporate needs to look into this particular DDs. The reviews are very concerning. I went into the dunkin donuts inside Walmart Sierra Vista AZ. The girl asked if I could wait while she filled online orders and then I would be next I said sure no problem well she finished and went to the other counter and started waiting on that customer so I said excuse me you told me I was next and she told me that I had to wait a few more minutes. I walked out. That was absolutely poor customer service and on top that she lied to my face. I left without making a purchase I was so mad. I probably won't go back to that location. She needs to be taught manners and how customer flow works

As you've probably seen from other reviews on this Dunkin, their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. They give dirty looks, don't apologize for their mistakes, the young girl with the pink hair is the worst one there.

HORRIBLE PLACE, employees are rude and disrespectful the manager is terrible has no idea how to manage this place or his employees. and they are NASTY there’s mold in the kitchen. everything is cross contaminated. the employees bust a nut in their and don’t clean up the stains. horrible dirty place and the food is disgusting. this place would not pass any inspection. i only gave it 5 stars so my comment would be on top to warn people about watching where you eat because you are going to risk getting food born diseases from gross, rude employees. i hope this place gets shut down and/or gets new management and employees. most disappointing dunkin’ donuts near here.

First time here. Decided to try a Small mocha frozen coffee. I understand it's personal preference, but not a fan of the flavor. Drink was made nicely, quickly considering only one young lady was working the entire store. She was polite and helpful. But the shop was busy at 11am and only one worker is not reasonable.
