Olivia was amazing. Gave me time to decide on my order without rushing me, and then I didn't have to wait long before enjoying my Irish Gypsy ☕️

Delicious coffee and food, fantastic service, very nice selection of souvenirs. Definitely a stop worth making when in sierra vista. Out front is a very quant sitting area in a covered courtyard to enjoy the views while you savor your coffee or meal.

A mini oasis in the desert, highly recommend! The California Bikini sandwich is delicious. The atmosphere is magical and inviting. There's a shaded patio to sit enjoy your coffee or lunch- decorated with lovely plants, cafe seating and a babbling fountain. Sit and enjoy the breezes with a specialty or your go-to drink ☕ ✨

If I want a fast coffee-frappe-mochachino, there are other "chain" type services nearby in Sierra Vista. However, to silence the clock, to connect with the owner/barista, and the family of the owner, and to slow the pace of the world for 30 mins or better, I will always prefer the self-owned coffee shop. My friend and I both got a Gypsy sips deluxe creation (MacDaddy & the Gypsy Queen to be exact). Two hand crafted drinks, topped with a sprinkle of raw sugar, and maybe a little magic! Her desserts look very appealing but there weren't any gluten-free varieties that I could sample, so I cannot speak to their tastiness. The owner herself is warm, engaging, funny and professional. But maybe I had an "in" because my friend is well-acquainted to the owner and family. But I did observe other's she served during my visit and found her to be the same, warm and engaging person to each customer. Her regulars she knows quite well, and makes small talk as she works. Because of her new location, parking can seem difficult, but is in fact all around her building. I really liked the patio setting outside the new shop, where the melodic sounds of a fountain ease the heat, as does the wind moving through the open breezeway. So stop in, and let the Gypsy Sips transport you to a tranquil moment, where time doesn't quite freeze, but magic weaves the air around you!

Haven’t had a coffee from here I didn’t like! Their specialty drinks are delicious. The food is great too with large portions.
The new location is much smaller inside but their outdoor seating/courtyard area makes up for it. Very pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

Owner was disorganized on a business call with no one behind the counter at 9am, she then tended to me and the other customer after about 10 minutes. Super nice but felt disorganized and then rushed through my order. The latte was mediocre at best and was priced high. The cookie was super stale. I unfortunately threw both away. I travel around the country and get a basic latte and use that as a base comparison. Maybe it’s their flavored fun drinks with the great reviews but a baseline iced latte fell flat. I wanted to like it. The atmosphere was cute and kept to the gypsy theme.

Absolutely incredible. The Frappe Harley with a pump of huckleberry syrup and a shot of espresso was a perfect accompaniment to yet another hot, hot June.

I got the cappuccino, and it was perfect. I'm really picky! The atmosphere is cozy and the Gypsy is hospitable!

Ok guys, I wasn’t too crazy about the Gypsy theme, and still not.But I got to say our two americano coffees were very good. The scones on the other hand were ok.If you want to try something else on this area. You may want to come here and see if you like their coffee.

Slowest service I have ever experienced in a coffee shop. The owner was also SUPER RUDE. The drinks didn't taste the best either! I don't recommend...

Cute place, but short-tempered owner and insane prices. In total we paid almost 50 dollars for a tiny cup of subpar eggs, a small mediocre panini, and two drinks, one hot one iced (which was 80% ice even after I asked her for lite ice). The drink prices were not listed (at least from what we could see). The space was cute and nice to sit and chat in, but I couldn't get over those crazy costs! If you have money to burn I'm sure it would be fun experience and the taro tea was good--just be warned you'll be paying restaurant prices for a Cafe experience.

Wow! Talk about a true hidden Gem Gypsy Sip Cafe is by far one of the best coffee shops I’ve been too. I wasn’t sure what to get and the owner recommended me the spiced vanilla chai which was the prefect mixture of spice and sweetness. I also got what I believe was a homemade cinnamon roll it was exactly what you’d expect from your grandma’s homemade ones. I can’t wait to go back again!
