When I go to this particular Jack in the Box, I feel like I'm in a ghetto. I like Jack in the Box, but I hate this location. So why do I go to it, you ask? Because it's convenient. Unfortunately, nobody takes care of it. It desperately needs a makeover. Or just routine repairs and maintenance. They can do so much better.

The staff seemed bored, the building is dirty and the food is absolutely disgusting. Small portions, wilted vegetables on the burger, bland lukewarm meat, dry flavorless buns that tastes expired. The fries were soggy. For how much you get it is extremely expensive, way too expensive for it to be worth it. Not coming back.

Staff was awesome even though it was just 2 of them and busy trying g to clean and cook and service. Asked to be patient while they prepared the food but it was gonna be a little but would be hot and fresh. Only waited about 5 mins max really for 2 bacon double smashed burgers with curly fries. Total 33 for 2 q box by far. GJ

I stop by almost twice a week and every time I go by shawneil greets me with a great attitude and smile. clear, calm and friendly guidance was very helpful definitely exceeded my expectations

Been coming here multiple times per week always n EXTREMELY long wait. Tonight's no different after a 12 minute wait the girls still don't have my order complete and ready. After finally receiving my order the cheese wasn't melted and the overall product was lukewarm at best. After eating at many of ICiefs' other restaurants I know that this far from acceptable. Please hire a mature person to supervise the evening employees. This is a JOB and not a playground!
