This is the first time we've been in here in quite a while because of bad service and food in the past. I am very happy that we decided to come back because everything was wonderful. From the moment we entered the restaurant, Anthony greeted us and told us that it was good to see us again , which made us feel very welcome from the start. As a matter of fact, all of the employees seem to be very happy and showed that to the customers. Not only were our sandwiches pretty enough to put in a JITB ad, but they were absolutely perfect. We will be back very soon and frequently if this continues. Great job to whoever lit a fire in this staff.

Worst service restaurant in Sierra Vista, go-to the one on fry, at least they take your order. This one by the mall has zero training it seems, they yell at each other, ignore customers.. this is on multiple visits, not just a one time deal.
Of you are looking to get some food and want variety this is the place the menu is very diverse, service is great fast and friendly, I don't go here often but I enjoyed my visit.
Dietary restrictions: If you want to cut carbs you can ask for your sandwich in lettuce
Kid-friendliness: They have a full kids menu and a budget menu.
Recommended dishes: French Fries, Egg Rolls, Jumbo Jack, Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club

Food was hot and fresh, service was prompt and greeted when I came in with a friendly (not just the welcome blah blah you get everywhere now with no one looking at you) greeting and eye to eye contact. Other than the fact that one of the employees was obviously not happy about something to employees that I dealt with were both very friendly and courteous and the restaurant was clean.

Regarding store #1554 Mercado Loop in Sierra Vista, AZ. I would like to commend Mya (sp?) for providing a nice experience for our lunch on 9/14/24. Eating out isn’t always about the food, but about the customer service as well. Jackie was efficient, polite and professional. While there, she politely & patiently took our order, wiped down tables, emptied outside trash receptacles and emptied the inside trash. All with a smile on her face greeting customers and as we left, she waved and told us to come back soon. Wow! I almost looked around to see if there were cameras as it seemed like a Jack In The Box commercial was being filmed! Great job Mya!
