On February 28th, 2024, my husband and I ordered 2 subs from Jersey Mike's Subs in Sierra Vista, AZ. We got 2 subs, 1 giant and 1 regular, which we placed through their app. We picked up our subs and came home to eat. I took a bite and there was some sort of cleaner just on the giant sub. It was filmy, oil coating had a floral drying taste and was disgusting. We went back to Jersey Mike's where no apology was issues, they threw out the sub immediately and handed my husband his money and refused to tell him what could be on the sandwich and basically kicked him out. I went to the ER twice after eating just one bite that I spit out. I had stomach craps, vomiting, diarrhea, extreme nausea and intestinal cramps. This was from one bite, that I spit out. Thats how much cleaner or soap was on this sandwich. I was sick for 10 days, 14 days before I was back to 100%. We spoke to the General Manager of the store who said they take this seriously and they will look in to it. I then heard from their insurance company about a claim being put in and they would investigate this. Last week, the insurances called to tell me they want to take liability and that there was some ammonia cleaner on the sub. This week they call say hey we aren't going to take responsibility because after speaking with your insurance there is no proof that Jersey Mike's was the reason for the ER visits and that she never said that it was on my sub just that it's what she know they clean with, which is not true by the way. She told me it's was a diluted ammonia cleaner they use to sanitize and they didnt know how it got on my sub, now she is saying she never said that. AND KNOW I WILL NOT KNOW WHAT WAS ON MY SUB. I DON'T CARE ABOUT MONEY, LIBAILITY, ETC! I DIDNT ASK FOR THE FRICKEN INSURANCE TO BE INVOLVED. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I WANT TO KNOW WHAT WAS ON MY SUB, WHY IT WAS ON MY SUB AND HOW IT IS GOING TO BE FIXED IN THE STORE. MY FOOD WAS TAMPERED WITH AND THEY DON'T CARE AND I HAVENT HEARD FROM ANYONE OUTSIDE THEIR INSURANCE SINCE THIS. IM DISGUSTED. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING EATING AT JERSEY MIKE'S SIERRA VISTA, I WOULD BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!!!

Good sandwiches, service meh. Forgot to make one of two of my sandwiches. At least one lady there said , yes he had ordered it. Waited 10 minutes longer, but at least I got my order.

Been around the state of AZ and across the country, and this is by far the best Jersey Mike's location I've been to. Sam, Luke, Adrianna, and Dana all had great personalities that made the entire atmosphere feel bright and welcoming. The few other times I was at this location, this crew wasn't in and it felt like just another Jersey Mike's. I'm excited to visit again while they're all here!

This evening's crew exhibited poor customer service skills - refusing to acknowledge customers. Two of us commented on our newly acquired powers of invisibility. (Usually, it's been a young woman with red hair who woefully ignores customers.) I started a stopwatch after I felt I had waited an inordinate amount of time, so I don't know total time. Per the stopwatch, it was 4 minutes, 58 seconds, before an employee acknowledged our presence. Have your employees have the grace to simply say, "We'll be with you in a minute." Just a simple acknowledgement is all that is needed.

Just came in and got an Italian-Kat was the employee (along with a dude who I didn’t catch his name-sorry dude!) who took our order and prepped the food. She was super friendly and then encouraged me to get my sub grilled, with cherry pepper relish, and mikes way (lettuce tomato and onion with seasoning and oil and vinegar). I got it on rosemary parm and it’s gonna be my go to sandwich for a while here. Fantastic service, great location and great food!

This is my fifth or so visit to this location, with it being my first introduction to Jersey Mike's. A couple of times in person, and most recently through the app, service has been consistent. The workers act like they want to be there and I'm never worried about the quality of the food. I've had both cold and hot sandwiches, with a couple special orders, and no issues each time. My wife enjoys the bowl options for any sandwich, and the bowls are always appetizing to look at and eat.With the quality of other services going down, this location will be our standard for others to meet. Eating out is a treat, and it's nice to feel rewarded when spending money on a meal. The employees financial and mental well being seems to be the key to a great experience.

These subs are incredible! I try and eat here at least once a month. Only downside is the price is a bit high but the food is so good. Also the agave cream soda is to die for.
