I used to eat Jimmy John’s a lot, but in recent years haven’t. Today, the sub I ordered was considerably smaller in size than what I remember. You guys must have changed something. Too much money for too little food. I could barely taste some of the ingredients that used to be piled on. I hope this complaint makes it up the ladder, in case this is a company wide issue.

Great experience at this Jimmy Johns! Everyone working was super chill, beck yeah! Food was quick and as always, amazing. And what a friendly and inviting environment. 10/10

I had a very unpleasant experience with an extremely rude manager who seemed to be on a power trip. I placed an order inside and also ordered through the app. When I went to pick up my food, she looked at me angrily and said, “This isn’t your order.” She insisted that I already had my order and that the food was for someone else.
I tried to explain that I had ordered through the app and that I was simply picking up an additional sandwich that I had redeemed. Instead of understanding, she looked at me accusingly, as if I were trying to steal the sandwich.
I was upset with her behavior and told her that I didn’t appreciate being accused of trying to take something that didn’t belong to me. In response, she said, “Well, I guess you just don’t have to buy food from here anymore.”
I am disgusted by the treatment I received and the way business is conducted at this establishment. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially those in the military. I would advise avoiding it at all costs. The treatment was unacceptable, and I wish I could take back my tip. Just for the record I spent $27 here just to be treated this way. The lady accused me to my face of being a thief and then not as much as a sorry.

This place was really busy, but worth waiting for. I ordered a 16 inch Gargantuan. I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner.

I ordered an order for pickup. I went to the location and grabbed my order and forgot the drink. I didn't have time to go back since my lunch was already over. I called them and they said they'd bring it to me. Lawrence brought it shortly after the call even though they didn't have to do that. It was my error, but they went out of their way to make it right. 5 stars for Jimmy Johns!

We ordered sandwiches for pick up. The order was wrong, I paid for double meat and pickles and did not get either. I called and talked to the manager. He was Soooooo professional and gave me choices of what I could do. Have the order remade, pick up missed items or a refund. He told me it may take up to 48 hours for a refund. It took 2 hours, he was very sweet and I have even more more respect for Jimmy John's management. We have had delivery from JJ's many many times this was the first mess up and it was handled beautifully. Still longstanding customers of Jimmy Johns. Thank you
